I'm the lucky customer who commissioned the fabulous butterfly tiles--they look so alive, it's like having little windows in my shower!
I am going to tile the wall above the corner jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom, with a similar design using the male and female cardinals, and the bluebird and hummingbird. Can't wait to see how that turns out! Will send photos, for sure.
Marie is so talented, also reliable, reasonable, accommodating, and does a great packing job, too!

How nice to hear from you...I wondered what happened to you and I am so glad to hear you are doing well and are back to blogging!!
I just looked through all your prior posts that are showing on your blog and want you to know I'm very impressed with all your tiles. Working with clay and glazes can be a fun time. Your shower stall turned out very nice and I love the colors that were chosen. Keep in touch and I will do the same.

I am so happy that you stopped by! And thanks for your comments on all my tile work. I am no longer working in clay because I don't have a studio anymore, but am concentrating on glazing pre-made tiles. I may do claywork again in the future. Firebird has been a wonderful customer (my first online customer, in fact--I have sold in an art gallery and shop before) and I love what her tiler did with the butterfly tiles! Additional tiles she has purchased from me will be mounted in her bathroom and kitchen and I am anxious to see that done at a future date.
